Exceptional doctor. Probably the best of the best! Very down to earth, personable, and great people skills! Gets you in and out fast.
Dr. Ackerman is very personable and easy to talk to. She makes the patient comfortable and takes time to explain and answer any questions. I would highly recommend her and her whole practice to anyone. All of her staff are very nice and accommodating. 5 stars PLUS
Dr. Ackerman’s persistence to understand and the provided treatment has changed my life! I had given up on countless years of treatments, appointments with numerous Dr’s with no results. I had accepted I would never use my hands again, nor be beside nurse again, or do all those things I loved that involved hands. My epidermis is Normal now after what feels like a lifetime of struggles. Thank you Dr. Ackerman for giving me my life back!

Dr. Ackerman’s practice seems to be growing by leaps and bounds. Still, she listens to what I have to say. She’s always friendly, asks about my family, etc. More importantly, she is thorough and does her “homework.” And she seems truly delighted when the problem is solved.
Dr. Ackerman is kind, friendly, and professional. She delivers excellent care. She doesn’t rush and gives you the necessary time. I like that the nurses or whomever interacts with you in the back office, introduces themselves. Front office could be more attentive to patients at the window. I realize they are busy with phones, but just eye contact and a smile would do.
