Frankly, I cannot recall a doctor visit that went that well, and that quickly. Exceeded my already high expectations given her reputation in the medical community and her approach to patient care. Comes as a great relief to me to be in her hands!
Lack follow thru, follow up, delay in care due to staff. Failed to proved promised care.
Best experience at a dermatologist I have had in years. My exam for skin cancer was very thorough. Dr Ackerman is personable and addressed my concerns. The staff was all wonderful. Feel very fortunate to be a patient
Dr.Ackerman is thorough, kind, and an expert in her field. Her priority is the health of her patients and she takes the time to answer all of my questions and gives me peace of mind that I’m in great hands. Best dermatologist I’ve ever had.
Dr Ackerman and Stephanie were thoughtful and knowledgeable on the way out Lindsey (or was that Nichols?) we’re able to make my next years appointment easily
Dr. Ackerman is great. She makes her patients feel comfortable and doesn't rush. She takes time to listen to the patient's concerns and explains her findings and treatments so a normal person can understand. She is thorough and very competent. She has diagnosed and treated skin cancer and pre-cancer on me several times. I am very grateful for her expertise. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
I had an excellent experience with Dr Ackerman. She was very thorough compared to my other experiences. She answered my questions in terms I could understand, and was very professional. She builds rapport quickly with her warm personality. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a high quality dermatologist.
Incredible staff! Incredible doctor! Dr. Ackerman is just phenomenal.So knowledgeable about everything that has to do with your skin! You won’t find a better dermatologist in the country! I promise you that!
Have been coming to see Dr. Ackerman for 8+ years and we now live 45 min away but I would t trust anyone else! She’s the best!!
