Dr Ackerman has been my dermatologist for over five years. I trust her knowledge and her professionalism is above par. My fiancé and my son are patients as well. I strongly recommend her.
I found Dr. Ackerman to be very friendly and easy to talk to. I found her examination to be thorough and she explained in detail what she was finding in her examination. I had four areas of concern to her, and she biopsied each spot explaining why she believed that area required further evaluation that only could be done by a lab. I am not new to skin issues caused by sun exposure, and the need to biopsy questionable areas.
