Awful experience. This has been the worst and most drawn out auto body repair situation I have ever dealt with. I have had issue after issue and Tim (manager) seems to be the only person there that can communicate and return a phone call. I will NEVER take my vehicle there again.
Talked with Tim O'Brien all day over phone, got everything set up and great deal. Got there vehicle was ready for test drive and loved it. Thanks to all the staff that helped make this deal.
Where do I start? No communication or customer service skills. I have left two voicemail messages for two different people, one being Craig Miller, and no return call yet. Sent in an online complaint, still no response to that either. Purchased an extended warranty on my new vehicle and have not received a copy of it, after asking twice! Shouldn't have to ask at all in my opinion. Only good experience was the salesperson! If you are looking for a Ford, please find a different dealership.
Recently moved to the area and was hoping to find a Ford dealership with the quality service I received at a my last dealership. I have found it! The service and parts department employees have been fantastic. Thanks!
Right now very upset was told would have my car yesterday by end of day got call no part was told he would find part in morning give to tech 30 min fix and have my car to me first thing this morning called to check and at first no record of my car even being there ! Finally found it and then told parts are not even checked in yet, so much for saying he would personally take care of it
Not a place to do business with. They sold me a used vehicle with a bad manifold. They new it had a exhaust problem and told me they would take care of it before it was shipped to me. They did not when I asked them about it, it took over 2 months for them to contact me back and tell me they would not do anything about it. I had to write to ford directly to get them to contact me back. I was told if I lived closer they might help me with labor and parts but because I lived so far away they would not do anything.
