Lindquist ford did a very professional job in getting 2 key fabs for my car. They were helpful and timely
Excellent sales staff, even after the sale! They are willing to answer questions, and help with anything you need because you are their customer! Great group of people!
The manager, Craig Miller is the rudest person there,. He laughed at my wife and made her feel horrible. We had an issue with the way a bill was handled. Lindquist Ford made an error. There was no apology for our inconvenience. Mr. Miller chose to treat my wife like dirt. He could of had a customer for life, but instead he created a negative situation.
Would not refer anyone to lindquist ford after paying 740.00 for oil change and transmission flush I was called back the next day asked to bring my car back but wasn't told why so I did well the next day I noticed oil all over my garage so I called spoke to manager he found out they forgot my oil plug so I had to take my car back for a 2nd time for them to clean up the mess up from under my hood where all the oil leaked I called and left a voice mail for GM 6 days ago and he still has not responded back I complain to service... read more
