John cooper was recommended to me, I told him the vehicle I was looking at the process was awesome. Every question I had was answered every concern I had was delt with, John went above and beyond and made my experience easy. I’ve always just bought vehicles from the owners scared to go in and get screwed over by a dealership. He made my fist experience stress free If your looking for a great guy/ salesmen call John Cooper he is excellent to work with.
Salesman was awesome , service dept not so much......when I bought my truck the driver power seat wouldn’t work, salesman had it fixed in 20 min. 3 months later passenger power seat quit working. Took it twice now to get fixed, both times they “ordered” the wrong part??? When I first bought had it fixed in 20 min, now they can’t seem to get the “right” part ordered
Just bought a 2nd new vehicle from Lindquist in less than a year. Chad sold us both vehicles and both times he made the car buying experience phenomenal! We never felt like we were just another customer. He remembered us almost a year later and answered all our questions but most of all he was very patient with us making our decision. 5 star service from Noah and the service department here. We are a military family that moved to the area about 18 month ago. Recently we ended up in an Emergency situation at Lindquist in less than desirable conditions due to the transmission in our 2016 Ford Explorer being completely shot just outside of the factory warranty. Have purchased several vehicles from lindquist in the past. On the most recent truck we were looking at they were several thousand dollars higher (exact same truck) than every other ford dealer in the area, but kept explaining how bad they wanted my business. Too bad they couldn’t show me they wanted my business. I won’t be back until they clear house with the sales people/sales managers.
