Dr. Lindo is the best
We have called Dr. Lindo on numerous occasions a for needed test or to make appts with specialists and had a very difficult time getting the office to respond. Dr, Lindo is a very good doctor but his staff is very hard to deal with...
doesn't listen
The staff here is absolutely horrid. They make you call doctors offices when they have issues doing their job as well as can't do something as simple as putting in a refferal. DO NOT GO HERE. doctor is ok. But staff makes that place nor worth going to.
He doesn't listen and he thinks he knows better than me about what I'm going through
Dr.Lindo himself is very nice Staff not so much. Not sure if Dr.Lindo knows how his receptionist handles his patient's but I called his staff because when I picked up a script from the pharmacy there was a note to call for an follow up appointment. When I called in January to tell them about the note they told me that I already had an appointment in March. Told them I received the note and asked if I could get an earlier appointment because I was in pain and suffering. Receptionist wouldn't help
