I was really hoping for a better experience than the other reviewers had… The doctor was 45 minutes late, he did listen to what I had to say, however my prescription was entered wrong and money was wasted… I also had to call 4x to get this prescription in and correct. Now I have to wait a month to get the correct prescription... this can be extremely dangerous for someone. Feels like a chop shop of a drs office
Alfredo, Lindo is a great Dr. It's his office girls that don't know what they're doing. They mess up the prescriptions, don't check their faxes. I have had a prescription order in since April 7 waiting for confirmation from Optumrx and it is April 18. It took me 3 months to get an appointment to a specialist because they weren't sending my medical reports that was asked of them. They just said they didn't get the text. The specialist said they did because they got the authorization. This almost makes me get anotherdoctor.
