Wow just wow. Over 2 weeks ago I started reaching out to their office to let my provider know that I was having a bad side effect from a new medication they prescribed. As is somewhat typical with their online portal, my messages were not responded to. When the issue became even worse, I reached out again over the portal (to multiple providers - including my own and the owner January Kim). I also reached out by phone, and left an urgent voicemail.
