What was supposed to be a quick check-up for my father turned into a THREE HOUR visit. He (including our family who needed to be there to drive him home) expected to be taken in and examined in a reasonable amount of time and instead he was neglected and given the run around. Bad form, Linden.
There are so many office staff. There is no one waiting around looking for help. All the employees seem knowledgable.
Well all I have to say is that it took 7 visits there and l don't have my glasses! Don't waste your time with this place it is over crowded and reminded me circus. I will say the Doctors were very professional and friendly. So the rest is up to you go to a circus or try a new place, Good luck!!!

I went in without an appointment and they were still able to help me. I have contacts on for the first time in years and they are progressive? or something like that and they will take a little getting used to. Fely helped me choose my glasses, and was very patient and helpful. I will have to go back with my daughter to make a final selection, as I found so many frames that I loved that I couldn't decide. Professional, helpful, and courteous. And they have glasses that are more suited for those without much of a nose bridge ... read more
