Would not recommend this place. I went in on Jan 2, 2021 and was informed my glasses would be ready in 4 weeks. Now FIVE weeks later I call to follow up and am told it will be another SIX weeks. Apparently they had to close shop for 2 weeks and did not send orders out. Thanks for the update! This is the second time I have had delays in receiving my glasses and had to call and find out what was happening. Terrible customer service.
I grew up going to Dr Linden and continued into my adulthood. They were great. Several years ago I tried another place my insurance covered. I wound up going back to Dr Linden and found a great pair of frames that I loved. The mfr discontinued them, however, I called the mfr and they said they still had stock of the frames I wanted and to have Linden call them. They did and everything went smooth. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and disorganized. Over several years, I have been giving them business and just recently took my wife for eye examination and for eyeglasses. I live in Glendale, CA, and could have simply found another business. At this point, I would not recommend them to family and friends, let alone strangers. This is my experience with them. They are disorganized and unprofessional. Save your time go ahead and find another place to visit....
Best customer service coming from Fred on Optical Dept. Nenita is still unavailable. She always made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. Very professional. I miss her. The worst customer service and probably will be my last encounter will be with Fe. She made the mistake charging me less with my glasses and then she called me back after she made me pay like it was my fault. She is the one who makes the estimates. I just pay. Disgraceful. I wouldn't use this place if they were they only place left on Earth to get glasses or contacts. The offenses experienced when my wife went to get a new prescription here are too many to list. They are running a total scam business and I doubt they'll be around much longer. One star is one too many, but Yelp won't allow zero, which is what they deserve. If you care about your eyes, go virtually anywhere but here.
I had a horrible experience here. Rude people, obnoxious upselling, took hours, nowhere to sit.
