So let me first and foremost say, my husband has been a patient for over 20 years, me, 3 years and my kids for three years. So we have been patient for a looonnnggg time. If someone makes an appointment, and they don’t see a doctor within a half an hour, you are failing your clients. It’s been 90 mins and my family still hasn’t seen a doctor.
I spent$400 on glasses that didn't work and $25 to have another doctor tell me he doesn't know why. Very disappointed no one there is interested in remedying the problem.
Waiting, Still waiting 7+ weeks for 1 pair of glasses. No one ever called me. Drove there 3 times always sorry but no glasses. This is so sad. I've been a customer 30 years. Management has no idea how bad this is compared to previous years. The speed that my credit card was charged was very fast. I can't cancel an order that is paid for already. Customers beware.
Terrible service by the staff on the eyeglass frame floor. On hold 30 minutes on my first call, no answer about what happened to the frames that I owned and gave Linden for new lenses. On hold today for over 30 minutes so far, still no answer about those frames. Paid Linden over $1000 3 weeks ago, and they have appeared to lose my frames. No one there can give me a straight answer. Idiots by all means! After waiting for two weeks to receive the glasses the prescription happened to be wrong, made an appointment to get it fixed, first they refused to honor a confirmed appointment, then pretended they’re doing me a favor by letting me in, made me wait one good hour before an optometrist can see me. Then they asked me to wait another 2-3 weeks to get my glasses. And this doesn’t end here, cuz of their error in managing the schedules properly I end up getting a parking ticket too. Hell with them.
The actual optometrist part of this operation is very good. They caught possible retinal detachment, and for that I'm grateful. But the actual money making aspect of the business is starting to fall behind. That said, the general service isn't bad at all, but the time frame in which my lenses/glasses become ready is getting longer and longer and longer. Not sure why it is both sets of glasses can't be finished at the same time.
