Bad experience, very rude. When I came in she smelt like straight cigar, she cut me and never gave me a chance to look at them to give my opinion or what I wanted to change, crooked, top coat not evenly distributed, and wouldn't like when I told her that I didn't like something, I told her there was a gap between my cuticle and my acrylic and she just said she wasn't done in a rude tone, the French tip is crooked and so are my nails I asked for squared shaped nails and some were duck shaped while others are square, she was o... read more

Yuli , cada vez que voy con ella ea , grosera. Hoy fui, le pedí DE FAVOR, que no me cortara las esquinas de las uñas pequeñas y el extremo de afuera de las uñas del dedo gordo. Me hizo sentir tan mal , que de la misma pena, impotencia las lágrimas salieron de mis ojos. Es grosera. Cuando viene otro cliente cambia su actitud !

I come here first time but very bad customer service and rudely behave of the employees and when she cut my hair she is on the phone and it’s very bad and I think they don’t have experience employees I never came back very bad customer service. Totally wastage of money .

Good haircuts at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, and my hair cutter (Nancy) has been there for over two decades. I feel lucky about this.
