I would like to express my deep gratitude for Dr. Pai. She never rushed my office visits and always explained complicated medical terms where I could easily understand them, plus answered all questions completely. I fell very fortunate to have Dr. Pai for my extensive surgery. She is very skilled and excellent surgeon and more importantly a wonderful person. Thank you Dr. Pai ! Please move to Sammamish!!

I saw Dr. Pai for a second opinion on a pre-cancerous non-BRCA1/BRCA2 hereditary breast condition. She was informative, kind, compassionate, and warm, while being completely efficient. Her suggestion was a teaching program for treatment, as my hereditary condition is not at all common in this country. She is worth paying a $20 toll booth fee. I wish I'd seen her first. I am alive and well due to her recommendation.

Dr. Pai was the first stop along my BRCA 2 journey. She was patient with me as I was absorbing all the life changing info that was being thrown at me. She laid it all out in a way that made sense to me. She was my backbone for sure. I knew I was in good hands after my first appt.

Dr. Pai is without a doubt one the best General surgeons. PNW residents are very blessed to receive care from such a stellar surgeon. Immediately she builds a connection by listening to your concerns. Dr. Pai is compassionate, caring, authentic, excellent communicator & educator, caring, never makes you feel she is rushed. Rather, Dr. Pai focuses on you and only you. She allows you as the patient and family members be part of decision making. She puts safety and quality at the forefront.

I had bilateral and umbilical surgery using the robitic assist. Dr Pai is a highly skilled surgeon with a professional skilled staff. Surgery was quick, pain was so minor i took one 200mg ibuprofen for pain. No need for pain meds. Would absolutely reccomend.

I was treated by Dr. Pai along with another surgeon with a 6.5 hour surgery and had to fly states away to have this surgery. She did an excellent job, addressed my concerns, checked up on me in the hospital and is there for me if I need her. I will be going back to her in the near future for more surgery because she is worth the effort of traveling. Her skills are amazing and her bedside manner is compassionate

She was clear, answered all my questions. I felt confident entering surgery and it seems like she did an excellent job on yesterday's surgery. I was very nervous before hand. actually, I couldn't have asked for a better surgical experience. Phew!

Acts like it is an inconvience to listen then ignore the patient!!!! Tells only part of the story!! Arrogant and dismissive of patients concerns and preferences. Insistant of tests exclusively for her liability protection that is paid for by the patient. Absolutely no post surgery care or explanation of how it went. Or any contact whatsoever.

Dr. Pai speaks directly to you and listens carefully. Consequently, she is able to clarify concerns and create a treatment plan that will meet your specific needs~taking into account all the possibilities. Beyond that, she is KIND and caring. You will receive the best care pre and post operatively that is available in the region, maybe anywhere.
