I am so grateful to Dr. Pai. I am a younger woman, and was in the hospital for about a week in terrible stomach pain. None of the other doctors could pin point what was wrong with me. They came and told me that they decided to go in and do some sort of surgery on me near my pancreas or something. Went to see Linda Pai, md at St. Anthony Hospital surgical clinic in Gig Harbor. For hernia repair , she only sat at computer 10 feet away. I am 71 years old and don't want general anesthesia because it can affect your memory also can affect eye pressure. She only pushed 'da Vinci' robot surgery under general anesthesia. I want local repair under local anesthesia. She totally dismissed my concerns and NEVER examined me !
