Once there the personal service was exceptional.

Both the nurse and the doctor were great. It's so nice when doctors truly listen!
Dr Pai was incredible. I was really impressed with her level of care. She explained everything thoroughly about what was happening, what caused it, what the surgery involves, risks and what they would involve, etc. She was respectful and knowledgeable while ensuring that I understood everything. Again, I was extremely impressed with my entire visit with her.
We had a lot to discuss and I was happy we had enough time to explain make sure I understood the terminology and implications
