My first time as a patient. I had to travel from Burlington to Cary, but it was well worth it. Everyone was so courteous and helpful, from the receptionist to Dr. Heffernan's assistant, to Dr.Heffernan. They asked many questions about my problem and I felt like they sincerely listened about my concerns and frustrations.
