Nathaneil Stephens scheduled a home showing of my house which is for was set for 2:15 PM — a showing that was arranged late the previous evening around 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, Nathaneil did not show up, and worse, never reached out to cancel or notify us that he wouldn’t be coming. I had a very disappointing experience with Cindy Sullivan, our realtor during the sell of our home. Throughout the process, I was given inaccurate information regarding commission fees, which led to an unexpected and significant additional payment at closing.
