They stuck my daughter 18 times for an IV before bothering to listen to her asking for me. The moment I stepped in the room she was able to relax and get it in. They knew ahead of time she has anxiety and does best with me by her side. Her last surgery there was fine with me by her side this time they said no and in my opinion abused my daughter with an hour of stabbing on both sides by two different people at the same time while she just kept crying and asking for me. Won't have anything ever done there again.
Our visit was amazing the staff was incredible! No wonder they are #1
The nurse's on the orthopedic floor are wonderful.
