Our waiter was amazing along with the service but the food wasn't that great.
Lincoln has quickly become my favorite spot in DC. The bartenders are very friendly and incredibly talented. The happy hour is a solid deal, the drinks are spectacular, and the vibe is great. Tell Hank and/or Mike that you saw my post, and don't miss out on $5 Moscow Mules on Mondays. Best mule I've ever had.

Food was fabulous and having the small plate options was a great way to sample more of the menu. My only disappointment was that the bar/restaurant is very noisy and it was hard to carry on a conversation.
Great setting. Awesome food. Fabulous drinks. Enjoyed it.
....Although there is a small plates section on the menu, EVERYTHING is a small plate (except 4 very overpriced items)....my hanger steak for $18 turned out to be 3-4 silver-dollar sized thinly sliced medallions....food tastes great but I'm leaving hungry :(
