Twice they’ve taken my insurance information and haven’t billed insurance. They are terrible with scheduling and their visits are chaotic. The doctor saw me before the nurse... told me I was good to go. Got my baby back in his car seat.. only to tell me they need him back out to weigh him. I can’t even bring a stroller into a PEDIATRIC office! They called me multiple times to schedule a hearing visit when they don’t even do that there! I was actually here for an interview and was treated very disrespectfully. I was interrupted every time I spoke and she made me feel embarrassed for being on EBT at the time. Maybe a day or so after the interview I sent an email to her and I had as a question of whether this was a mostly sitting or standing job. When I visited again in person to inquire about whether I was considered, she brought my question up to laugh with the other people at the desk. Let me start by saying Felicia is a great person and she goes above and beyond to get the job done. But there is a receptionist named EDITH.. SHE IS HORRIBLE. she has lied to me all week about getting back with me about my sons referral. and it took a week for me to get my sons prescription. i went to the doctor on monday and didn't get my sons meds until Friday and only because i went to the doctors office and picked up the script myself. she is full of it I've called all week for the same thing she keeps saying ill talk to... read more

Absolutely love Dr. Sergiwa’s! Any time I have a concern and need an appt I am seen that day and he does a full assessment, and takes his time with each patient! Highly recommend! We feel so comfortable with him caring for our daughter!

I had an AMAZING experience today! Dr. Sergiwa’s partner was so nice and because of how gentle speaking she was my son calmed down instantly and let her check him. She was making him smile with the way she was talking! Trust me that’s hard to do because my son hated our last ped. Anything I’d ask she’d go over and beyond with the details in the answers and answered everything I needed without me even asking. Let’s forget about how long we have had to wait for every visit we have had. Let’s focus on my most recent phone call. I called in last week to ask a question regarding some speech therapy that the doctor ordered for my son due to speech delay. We found out that occupational therapy was ordered as well, but we didn’t know why and neither did the therapist office. I called the office to find out why. Still waiting for a call back 5 business days later.
