Purchased our MKX about a year and a half ago, the sales service was incredible. We continue to bring it there for the Lincoln service and are extremely pleased each time. They even take the time to wash and vacuum it each time.
Brought my Ford Explorer for service there and they treated me like a King and took care of my every need! I highly recommend and will purchase my next vehicle there again !
The valet pick up and drop off for scheduled maintenance was fantastic.
I called two weeks prior to my appt day to make sure I get the same car that I have as a loaner. When I entered the service center, a customer was complaining about the service. Then I heard the secretary over the phone apologizing for the “confusion” about another service. They didn’t take the time in two weeks to go over my car warranty.
