Everything that breaks stays broken even if they try and fix it they just break it more customer service sucks they big guy I guess he's the head of maintenance and if he is he needs to be fired he don't care about us

The residents out here have no idea when to call in an issue and wait until it screws up all the neighbors homes.
Horrible speeding and office won't do anything about it because they're too busy speeding through the neighborhood also. Rather leave notes on your door about your grass being above your ankles than fix a safety problem of speeding. There is 8 kids 6 and under yet they still won't do anything to solve this problem. This is the worse group of supervisors I've ever dealt with.
