Too many issues in the short 6 months we have lived here. They've been somewhat decent to respond, but it was 85 yesterday and came home to a broken AC (second time) inside the house was 90+ and they still haven't responded 24hrs later.
Samantha Stapleton will enter your home illegally and the office will lie to cover it up. They also pick on tenants and don't respect when a family is on EFM. They do not deal with maintenance the right way. The neighborhood is constantly having car break ins even if the car is locked. They lie to commands to try and get residents into trouble. They are disrespectful and if I were Lincoln military I would be embarrassed to have them representing me. I will be looking into my legal options for them being in my home without pe... read more

The staff here is wonderful! Very accommodating and friendly. Always willing to help fix any problem that arises. Samantha is the best and Jerry in maintenance is a superstar!!!
