We love the location in Pacific Beach and the yard size in this neighborhood is a plus. The staff have always been polite and helpful. When we have an issue repair personnel typically come same day to fix the issue. The house was clean when we moved in and the flooring was new. It is very low quality flooring though, the carpet looked very worn after only six months and even after a steam clean still looked bad. If they charge me for it after three years I'll be upset. We have been here for 8 months and we love it! Our house was in fantastic condition on move-in day (new carpet and very clean). The maintenance team is friendly, prompt, and efficient. Office staff have always been kind and helpful. Admiral Hartman events are fun and done VERY well! We are happy here and would recommend it to military families moving to the area.
Dealing with the DUI check points is getting old. No help from G4s about the hundreds of cars speeding in the neighborhood on Campland side.
