After moving into AH a couple of weeks ago, I wanted to share my experience. Susy was our point of contact throughout our move in. She was helpful and made sure all of our issues were resolved quickly. we had a few minor issues that needed resolved and within 24 hours, Jorge and Jerry were at our house from maintenance. They quickly rectified the problems. Ian also responded to a concern and had the issue resolved within the same day. We moved in on July 21st and Susy made it extremely easy for us! Everything in the house was ready to go, it was clean and we couldn't have asked for a better location and house! We found a few minor issues (dead battery in garage door opener, burnt out exterior light bulb) and Maintenance was there within 24 hours and the issues were corrected! Susy was amazing and continues to be amazing!
Just wanted to give Julia and Susy a shoutout! We just moved from NC to San Diego and they made the whole transition easy. The house is newly remodeled and love it. We had a few maintenance issues that needed to be attended to outside and the staff were all so nice! Thanks y'all :)
