I lived here for two years. I cleaned on a regular basis. Below is the bill I received upon moving out. You can see that I was charged 199.00 to resurface the tub and 100.00 for odor control. The condition of the apartment certainly was not beyond usual wear and tear. This bill is completely ridiculous. I spoke to a manager that tried to persuade me I was getting a good deal because its usually a lot more. I will not pay for normal wear and tear to your apartment. Don't believe the leasing officer's smell. After moving out, they charged me $100 for not smelling good. That's ridiculous. You cannot get the deposit back.
There was a little mix up before my boyfriend and I moved in but the office staff quickly and professionally took care of the problem. I was really impressed by how courteous and prompt they were regarding the matter. We moved in a week ago and couldn't be more in love! These are really nice apartments for the price. Everything was ok until when i moved out..they charged me $156 for cooking odor...which is kinda offensive .are we not even supposed to cook....also it wasn't even smelly...this was very frustrating!! The manager said they charge this to everyone so be careful!!
When I applied to live here, Holly and Arlene , were so professional and friendly. They walked me through the application process and gave me a tour/choice of apartments. They described the environment and perks associated with their company. It was an awesome impression of the stay I expect to receive. Im excited about my move!!
