RecommendedI’ve been living in this community for almost 2 years in November. The office staff is always courteous and helpful and does get back with the tenants in a timely manner. I’m glad that I picked this community and apartment complex out of the several I was reviewing. I moved from out of state and didn’t know what to expect. So far it has been a very good experience. I’ve lived here for two months now and have had nothing but issues. First off I was never allowed to see the apartment and was shown photos from 2015 of the apartment. The photos they post are not accurate and way out dated. I was then lied to say thing apartment was ready to move in. Then told it wasn’t when I needed to move in. I had to move in. Upon moving in the apartment reeked of musty cigarette smell. I notified management and all they did was bring out toxic air fresheners to put in and around the A/C. Days go by and... read more

Kimberly is very professional and very kind. She is always up to answering questions and shows utmost professionalism when speaking to customers. I appreciate how she listens and show genuine concern for customers and their needs, as tenants. I would recommend this complex to anyone and specifically if you are coming to sign/renew your lease, ask for Kimmy and she will take great care of you.
