Finally, I found a doctor who makes me feel confident and comfortable. Dr Fouad is very knowledgeable and kind, and she really listens to you. I had a great experience! The staff was amazing — super friendly and kind as well.
Dr. Fouad office was easy to find. Check in is best done on your phone as the tablet was having a hard time but finished check in on my phone. I can’t remember the lady’s name that took me to the exam room but she was sweet and took her time with me. I had brought my file from my previous doctor office. I’ve experienced before other doctors that didn’t even want that information. She made copies and went thru it as did Dr. Fouad. After she left I did have to wait about an hour to be seen. Pretty office and Dr Fouad is so nice!
I made an apt and had to reschedule for later in the day (same day as my original apt) I rescheduled the time difference with Someone in the office. The day before my apt they called to confirm my original time slot and I told the receptionist my apt was rescheduled for 1:45pm She claimed nobody had ever changed my time, made me feel like I was lying, even a little crazy because she claimed my rescheduled time slot never existed. Dr. Fouad is thorough, understanding, easy to talk with and so caring. She is also extremely gentle on exam. Totally worth my 45 minute drive to see her. I won’t hesitate to see her again.
