This place should absolutely be ashamed. After repeat calling after repeat promises my husbands is STILL to this day getting charged after being told his account was being cancelled not once not twice but 3 times. Not a good experience since they changed how they operate and stopped taking insurance. Their system will always charge you even if you don’t get your medications since the automatic refills and deliveries tend to not work now. The staff are good people, but the company has poor business practices.
The staff is nice and the facility is well maintained. However: I had blind faith that a doctor Or Nurse and my estrogen levels have not been managed. I was not given any additional information concerning medicine. And now I’m stuck
