Beautiful environment, I would like to volunteer!
My kids and I had so much fun at the winter festival, we stayed for 3 hours! My kids are 2, 4, and 14 years old and there was activities for all of them. It was so nice to get outside this time of year when we would have otherwise not. Well done. There were so many cardinals at the bird feeders and trees out back, it was beautiful to see their color against the white and brown background.
Beautiful place to ski. The trails were well-groomed and there is a great mix of meadow and woods trails. Absolutely worth the drive from Des Moines. I'll be back, and am becoming a member to support this beautiful place!
There are tons of trails, of varying difficulties, and the main loops are so well groomed, I can even night-hike. It's my home away from home!
