My parents were in need of a plumber and they were lucky enough to get Rusty to attend. He was very professional and patient, and took the time to explain what he was intending to do, and answered all of Mum and Dads questions thoroughly. They ended up getting Rusty again when Mum dropped her pearl earring and it went down the bath plug hole. I rarely (maybe never) leave negative reviews, but this experience crossed the line. As a local guide, I feel compelled to write this. We used this company as a H&L package with Bellriver. The builder itself has been fine, however the plumber/coordinator we dealt with, Rusty, was completely unprofessional. Dear Limcora Team I have a new home constructed by Bellriver Homes and have only recently taken possession of it. After living in the property for approximately 2 weeks, a sewer blockage occurred. I contacted Bellriver Homes on Sunday 25th August at 1.30pm and they then contacted your team. I needed my new carport connected to stormwater. Alex suggested a solution that avoided concrete sawing my driveway. Tim did the instal which was neat and he even used hangers that match the white carport frame instead of galvanised. I highly recommend Limcora for quality, professional service.
