I realize that each of us have our own unique experience. But I will say for the VA that if you go to the trouble of filing a complaint in Dayton about any questionable or just bad treatment, that they take your complaint very seriously. They also hold the department or agency at the center of the complaint responsible. I would rate this as a 0. My grandfather has has been in and out of the hospital for years now with extreme health issues. because of a doctor that works there randomly keeps changing his medications when it doesn’t have to be changed. He is literally killing his clients. I am not a doctor. I do not know anything about medication, but I do have a lot of people telling me that this doctor is wrong to do these things.
