I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I paid my bill and even had the receipt to prove it. Yet, despite this, my account was wrongly sent to a collection agency. I only found out after I got a notice and had to call the agency myself and pay—just to later learn that the bill had already been paid the whole time. Now I’m being told I’ll get a refund, but that doesn’t take away the stress and frustration I went through. Billing department is outsourced and terrible to work with. It should never take 7-10 business days to EMAIL ME a receipt for payment and or an itemized statement. They will send you to collections the day after the bill is in your mailbox.
