If I could give zero stars I would. We had an appt at 9:40 and at 11 still hadn’t seen the doctor. He cannot be found by his staff and they’ve even tried calling him and no luck. Absolutely ridiculous. This is not a professional office at all! We waited four months for a check up with this doctor and he can’t even show up to a scheduled appointment in his own office! The office staff was very nice and apologetic on behalf of the doctor I feel bad they have to work with someone so unprofessional!

For the last 4 months they have told me they have been having phone problems. They never ever have answered the phone when I've called. I have had to physically go in the office and talk to them. The front desk lady is very confidently incorrect. I have decided to just change doctors at this point because of the office staff! Dr. R was great. Took his time with me but because of the front desk stuff I wont be going back. Very unfortunate for Dr. R!

Two weeks ago, I received a hang up call from this office on one of the days they are closed. I tried to call back, and it was sent to the Lima Memorial answering service. No message was left. My appointment for Botox was scheduled for Monday, March 9. They rescheduled without telling me for the afternoon of March 10. I found out about the reschedule through their text reminder for my appointment of this reschedule. I get here, and they tell me it’s not for my Botox, is for a recheck. Staff is very friendly, Dr. R takes his time with u
