Not trans friendly. Was Government Named in waiting room and I went off. My correct name was to be in my chart. It wasn't. Lost faxes from another previous provider. Then "Jill" from Cardiac care calls and government names me after it was supposedly corrected. Calling in the morning to cancel all services. Was told nobody cared about me being trans and they were informed how to identify me and respect that. They are amazing doctors andthey awesome nurses I will keep going back to them
They are good doctors but doctor we deal with you set in waiting room for about 30 mins then after you get called back you sit in room for about 1hr and a half before doctor comes in for a 5 mins visit. While your waiting you hear doctors and nurses out in halls laughing and having a good time and I know for a fact it's the doctors and nurses because I've went to bathroom while waiting and they stop immediately when you walk out! (And no they are not talking other patient details they are laughing and playing around) So they... read more
