If I could, I would give this office zero stars due to the unprofessionalism displayed by staff members, including CNPs like Ana Etlzer. Ana Etlzer's behavior towards patients is unacceptable, lacking compassion and respect. Her decision to terminate our patient relationship, citing a loss of trust, was only justified by her treatment of me. Providers here are really nice. Unfortunately the clerical staff used for the front desk is awful. Completely rude and will hang up on you multiple times. Need a special doctor here and they make me wanna just go to the emergency room to not deal with them. Other than that 5 stars. Wish there was self check out here instead of walmart.
