I went up there with a friend and when we arrived I discovered that my rear tire had started showing steel. Mind you I live around 150 miles away. So I go to the parts and service tell him I'm in a bad way and tell him my story and he says let me check with the severe tech. Then he comes back trying to price gouge me because he know I'm in trouble. Tells me it's twice the regular amount of labor because it was a Saturday. Really. That's not how you gain customers.
