We were 1000 miles from home and our bikes ECM burnt up. We called the guys at Lima and they had us in there shop and diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. We left the bike and it was ready to go the next morning. The service manager was very nice and professional he treated us like we had bought our bike there, he made a bad situation better. Harley Davidson should be proud to have someone like him to represent their name. Thanks so much from Rachel and Dan Collins Georgia.

We drive there from Columbus to buy bikes. Can't imagine coming there in the future without Jimmy there. From what I experienced on the 3 bikes we purchased there, there is no other Harley salesman with his integrity.
