I bought my 2nd harley there last year. Recently I got a call asking how my new bike was doing. I mentioned I had it in my toyhauler for a 400 mile trip to traverse city for a week. She asked if I put it in trailer mode so the security wont keep going off. I never even thought of that then she informed me how to activate it. Can't thank her enough for the help I didn't even know I needed. May have saved my battery getting ran down.

Stopped into Lima Harley last week for the first time. The people was nice the show room was very clean and well taken care of. Had a little issue with my bike and they got me back on the road pretty quick. Now just got to get the part in and get it replaced. Thanks for the help and hope to do business with you all soon again

I called on Saturday afternoon just before beer 30 and Marty answered the phone we talked for a bit , Marty had said that he was gonna EARN my business as we talked on the phone...needless to say when I set foot for the first time (sorry guys lol) in the lima dealership a short time later I was the very proud owner of my first Harley Davidson! Exceptional service every time I walk in. Can't ask for better guys to deal with weather it's Stix, Kyle, Marty or one of the mechanics. I guess Amanda is pretty good too! They treat you like family!
