In the just over one year I have bought two harley street glides thats almost $50,000 one a 2013 street glide and this year I bought a 2014 street glide special. took it in for a recall for the clutch, they said they had to charge me for 2 hours labor to fix the recall, to remove the headers they sold me..called Jim ' s harley davidson dealership, he said bring it in and he would fix it, not charging me anything since it was a recall...i will never do business with lima Harley Davidson again not even for a part that cost $1.... read more

My dad bought his first brand new bike from Mike at the old shop way back in 1993 and to this day if he sees my dad walk in the new shop he always greets him with a hand shake and knows him by name and chats with him, that is a great connection with customers if I ever saw it
