RecommendedProbably one of the best stores I’ve ever been to. Super nice and helpful staff, even the store owner is out on the sales floor and helping out. I’ve never seen that at another HD store. Also there’s a gentleman name Jack there who’s very proud of the Lima store and the history of Harley in the surrounding area. He took the time out of his day to show me the entire dealership and teach me about some motorcycles I’ve over looked. Lima Harley Davidson has helped me achieve my dream of getting my first Harley. I never used to know why people loved the life style so much but after knowing this dealership I definitely fell head over heals for it all. Every time I come in everyone is so nice and always having fun helping you and loves their job. I went in a couple days ago to see everyone and Jack even bought me a Coke. We get amazing service everytime we go there. We bought a bike and got the best customer service from AJ and Jack. Then the entire team we willing to stay late so we could get the loan done that night. The ladies un the accessories section are very knowledgable. Lori and them are so helpful and patient.
Just stop in to look around, the greeting when I came through the door was unexpected. The Lima dealership is worth visiting and when you get there ask for jack, tell him I said hello.
A few weeks ago my wife and I were looking at bikes.....We had been to Lima Harley Davidson a few times and on that particular day we fell in love with beautiful Ultra Limited.....the entire staff was awesome.....They made the entire experience seem like it was as special to them as it was for us.....Everyone in the store made sure to answer ALL of our questions and made us feel like old friends.....they now have a lifelong customer.....we're part of the family — with April Betts.
Stopped in for a break from driving home to Florida. Nice clean Harley shop with very friendly staff! Really enjoyed or visit and talking with them.
Kyle Kindle and Jack Neal you were extremely kind when i visited Monday. after browsing for an hour and not buying anything I came out to a flat tire on my bike. two days before christmas I didnt have the money for a new tube. they fixed everything at a highly discounted price and wished me a merry Christmas. excellent helpful knowledgeable people
We stopped in one day while out for a drive. What an awesome experience! Jack Neal told us a little about the store and shared stories with my bf and myself. Didn't try pressuring us into buying anything but was just plain friendly! Awesome place and people!
The staff are very friendly and welcoming making it a great place to stop on the way! Brings back good memories with my dad riding motorcycles! Always a fun time at a Harley Davidson shop!
