Horrible customer service. I’ve ridden across the country multiple times with friends and this is the ONLY Harley Davidson dealership I’ve ever come across that wouldn’t even try to help someone that was broke down from out of town. They didn’t even try to help with parts so I could fix it myself. I guess they just didn’t want my business. I will never spend a dime in this dealership. From the time I made contact through the website, to the purchase of our new trike, to the purchase of our riding gear and add-ons through the service department we were greeted with a welcoming and knowledgeable staff that were very patient and answered all of questions honestly. Finance department made purchase painless and fast. Austin and Kyle have really made us feel like "members of the family" and the whole process was fun and enjoyable. Heck yes, I'd recommend the Lima Harley-Davidson dealership!

great place.. fantastic service they have a real good selection of products and the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable...I drove almost 3 hours to get some parts noone else had ...they really helped me out of a bind .. absolutely will deal with them again
