The staff was unreliable and did not follow through on promises made. It took days to get a return phone call from the sales manager regarding undisclosed body damage to a vehicle we purchased. The sales manager stated repairs would be made at their expense but days later he phoned to say his "manager" would not approve the repairs. They need to work on their customers satisfaction.
Customer service is a big deal to me and the Lima Auto Mall did not disappoint today . I would highly recommend!
They performed an oil change and inspection and tire rotation of my 2016 Chevy Sonic at an economical price with fast friendly service. And...they washed my car for free.
Absolutley satisfied! My sales person was Chris Seifker he did a great job. Professional and courteous not high pressure at all. They met all my needs and all the staff I interacted with were jovial and down to earth! I bought a used 2018 Impala. The car was very clean and priced better than any other one I could find! The manager was patient with my back and forth with down payment and payment options. Ultimately I got what worked for me!
Service dept took in my Cadillac, but 2 days later, the service manger told us he didn’t have time to work on the suv. The pending problems would require too much of his time, with his current workload. The service employees were great, but Keith the manager really left a sour taste in our mouth. We took our business elsewhere.
They were so kind and helpful.. Love my Buick Enclave! Such a good deal on are new SUV
You can buy a car anywhere but it's very hard to find such great people. Highly recommend Dan Cherkas
