DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! Horrible place. Listen to the bad reviews. Was badgered to upgrade pedicure. Agreed to Deluxe which was $27 each. Bill ended up being 107.40 and then I was asked for a "CASH TIP!!!" I was NEVER informed of ANY OTHER CHARGES!!! I WAS IN SHOCK WHEN SHE TOLD ME THE FINAL PRICE!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THE BAD REVIEWS ARE VERY TRUE!!!

I absolutely love Lilly's nails, I've been a loyal customer for years. Everyone is always so friendly, the prices are reasonable but most of all I just adore Amy, she goes above & beyond to ensure I receive satisfactory service!

I went in to the spa and I told the young lady that I wanted my eyebrows done and a full set my nails look horrible there to sharp and very uneven I told the lady doing them they had to be perfect for my wedding on Saturday and sad part she still expected a tip I will never go back over charged for what I got.

The owner will constantly try and up charge you and won't let you relax and enjoy your 15 second foot massage. The entire experience was a joke. I'll never go back there again.

Horrible Prices...... Horrible Work......... Overcharged for what I got... Got a mani pedi for my daughter and I and the total with tax and tip was $250.00... I have had the same services done elsewhere better I might add and for a fraction of the cost... I will never return and hope this rating will save someone else their time and money.....

By far the worst mani I've ever had. My friends and I came into the store last night because our regular nail salon is closed Sunday's. They kept adding things we didn't want to our pedicures and I asked for a "solid" color in which I was told ombré was better. She pretty much forced me into everything I didn't want after saying no thank you at least five times. DO NOT COME HERE. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I would have given it zero stars if I could. I literally waited over half an hour for a mani & pedi, and some lady walked in asking for a gel pedicure and they immediately took her after I had been waiting. Then on top of that, I got acrylic nails. they were HORRIFIC. Easily fell off within 3 days. The pedicure I received was atrocious. The nails aren't even, they just cut them so they wouldn't be long and didn't bother about the shape. I got a regular gel manicure when I asked for a French tip and none of them are even. They cut them too short and they put 3 coats of gel and two coats of top coat. He kept forgetting to turn on the machine. They all were talking amongst each other and turning away from they're work. They charge too much for the quality they provide. I will not recommend this Nails place...
