all they care about is up sales. He did a horrible job on my pedicure. he got mad because I didn't want gel nail polish. Barely slapped some lotion and never massaged. Never again....
They try to hard to up-sale their services.
Worst Spa I have ever been. I waited for ever, the service was horrible and to make it even worst, they destroyed my feet and I can't walk. I highly recommend anyone that reads this please please dont go there. Expensive and horrible service.
Some of the most beautiful nails I've ever had done! They do a very nice job, and are very polite. They might ask you if you want gels, or things done other ways a couple timed, but their suggestions are almost always for a good reason, and come from a great place. Prices are very reasonable too!

STAY AWAY! If I could give them zero stars I would. Went here for my daughter's 11th birthday and she and I both HATED it. They were very pushy trying to upscale us (to the point where she made my daughter cry!), when I said no over 8x- they were very harsh to my daughters toes, gave her a bad pedicure and made her cuticles bleed. AWFUL! I see the bill on my bank account 2 days later- $150 for 2 basic pedicures!! WHAT?!?! It was $40 with a $10 tip ($50) and THEY ADDED A $100 TIP FOR THEMSELVES! Sorry for your bad experience with us! Just as my reply on Google to your comment. No one can make you do what you don't want. Upscale is always a business nature everywhere! Our prices are very competitive for NM market. Furthermore how can someone added tips on your bank card without your approval??? Pls bring your proof receipt to us! We will resolve for you if errors...$150 for 2 BASIC pedicures??? Can't be... Must be something else going on... Pls give us a chance to fix the issues!
If I could not give a star I would. Worst place I've ever been to. Do not go here!!! My sister and I went in to get a basic pedicure.... the ladies kept asking and asking if we wanted gel polish. Even though we kept saying no, they still continued to ask. They finally gave up. My sisters pedicure turned out okay and she enjoyed the message. But When she left the nail salon the color chipped before we even got home and some of her nails weren't even painted all the way. NOW time for my pedicure experience. Christy, Dawn, Lilly and Jason, everyone there is great! My nails always look awesome when I'm done and they last me at least a month and I'm a notorious nail polish peeler. It's worth the $47 because they last me so long.
