Arrived on time. Direct and to the point. Willing and able to take the time to answer my questions in detail. Highly recommend.
Mr Lilly is a very professional and friendly inspector, great detailed report, easy to read, color coded, nice pictures! We had a nice chat after he completed the inspection and he answered all questions. He mentioned some structural stuff and recommended to do a structural inspection as well, which we did, and it turned out his notes on structural were more detailed and clear than what the structural company did.
As a professional home inspector myself, I have known Mr. Lilly for several years.. He is a consummate professional and one of the most knowledgeable home inspectors in the Knoxville area. I would highly recommend Randy Lilly if you are buying or selling a home.
