Until a few years ago, Dr. Baltaian was the primary practice physician of my wife and me. After that, we have changed several doctors, but in our opinion, the Doctor is the best. The only problem we had was the excessive delay when visiting her office. She has helped us a lot. We will always be grateful to her.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional service. Never in my life have I ever met a Doctor who treats their patients like absolute garbage. I want to go to a Doctor to get help and get treated kindly with respect but in your hands I bet I would rather pass away.
I waited 2+ hours just for her to be incredibly rude and talk only for about 15 minutes. She is unprofessional with an attitude. It seems like she prescribes medication without even knowing the patient’s problem.
Doctor was incredibly rude and insensitive. Very condescending. Waited for 1+ hour and only spoken to for a few minutes. Afterward, for a follow-up visit, she seemed to not remember or have access to any of my records. Was incredibly rude during follow-up phone call regarding blood results. i waited 4 hours with the appoinment,and she was having coffee with her armenian freinds,this place is a useless,all the workers dont have certificate.
