We are very pleased with the upgrade Lightspeed completed on our existing security system. Omar (owner) responded to my request for quote very promptly (within the hour). During our conversation, he outlined several upgrade options for us to consider and very patiently answered all our questions. Lightspeed did an amazing job for our home networking / camera install. They installed my equipment for a fair price and exceeded my expectations. A lot of folks just want to show up and do the easy job of running cables almost entirely outside your home, but Lightspeed did the job right. They explained everything from start to finish and gave me options for different ways to run cables at every step of the way. Outstanding! Great communication from start to finish. Installation was almost lightspeed like. Installation quality is superior. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, polite, and hard workers. If I could give 6 stars I would. The cameras are great quality with some zoom capability. the night vision is very nice quality. No issues viewing the cameras on any of our devices. Highly recommend this company.
Omar and Chris did a very good job of answering all of our questions prior to installation of the new equipment. The techs (Chris and Lazaro) were extremely efficient and professional. They cleaned up some of the clutter in the system closet. Chris and Lazaro also did a very good job of getting our phones set up with the new app as well as explaining the operation of the system.
Light speed techs were very professional and personable. Explained everything to me and how to work the app. Owner Omar personally came to greedy me and check in the job when it was finished. Best of all, I feel safe.
This was such an easy upgrade to our security system! The techs (Chris and Lazaro) were extremely efficient and professional. They pulled new wires for everything, and the system closet has never looked so neat. After everything went in, they were careful to adjust the cameras exactly the way we wanted them. We replaced a seven-year-old Samsung system, and the new system is light years better and so much easier to use.
