Staff was excellent, entire place was extremely clean and woudl definitely stay again!
We loved our recent stay at the Lighthouse Hotel for our first Key West visit! It was adorable, clean, comfortable, and centrally located. The grounds were beautiful and the room was perfect for the two of us! I would highly recommend!
We got the resort pass to use the pool there. It was a small pool however it was very quite and its 18 and up only. They have a little restaurant with a bar. The offer free water and coffee.
This hotel has a lot of character, with nice rooms, though some rooms are smaller than you might expect. Also, there is no on sight parking. Parking your car will cost $30 a day and the parking fee is not included in your room price.
The hotel does not honor pricing told to the customer. Let me explain. We stayed for 2 nights and paid prior to arrival. We left with a charge of 199 despite paying for the room before. 30 something for late check out, 60 for parking at the centennial bank, and 100 was an incedental THAT was supposed to get returned to us (as told by MULTIPLE staff on site.) A week later, upon calling the hotel to see where this $100 is at, I was basically told to screw myself by the lady on the phone, I wish I remembered her name. SHE LITER... read more
