Everything was perfect! The pool is like an oasis. The breakfast bar is amazing such a wonderful variety of items that are all delicious!!
Great location, great value, great grounds and great service
This was our second time booking at the Lighthouse Hotel, four years apart, and once again, the experience was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us after a third-party booking error left our original room type unavailable. They handled everything with grace, professionalism, and kindness, even moving us to a better room for part of our stay to ensure our comfort. When we first arrived, we were given vouchers for free drinks at “the bar”. We asked for mojitos and was told by the man there’s no mint and to order a “real key west drink”. We walked out and saw 2 very full planters of mint. Odd but moved on. When entering our hotel room, we noticed our bathroom door didn’t open correctly or shut and neither did the shower door.
