Lovely, private hotel in the best Key West locale. Very nice room, beautiful pool area and pool bar, excellent service!
Excels in environment cleanliness service staffing location and friendly help.
Lovely bungalow. The pool bar serves a nice continental breakfast and wonderful afternoon/evening drinks. The staff are fun and very helpful. It is a quiet spot (except for the roosters, which are all over Key West!), right across from the Hemmingway House and excellent restaurants nearby. We love it here!
Best hidden gem on Key West. Great location. You can easily walk to anywhere from this place. Rooms are super clean and staff is phenomenal. Pool area is great too! If I had one small complaint, it is that the rooms are super small. Other than that, this place is perfect.
Perfect location, old and charming. My negative review is mainly based on being treated rudely by two employees. We were told the Keurig would be available 24/7. Being an early bird I always have a coffee early. The woman preparing breakfast everyday removed the keurig early and her prepared coffee came out an hour or more later. When I asked for the k cups to make a cup I was treated rudely and the woman at the front desk also treated me rudely, questioning the veracity of my complaints and threatened to look at security ca... read more
